Settings, audit and appearance

Settings contains organization, membership, audit and appearance views. Available controls depend on your role.

An Owner can rename the organization through the general settings view. Confirm which organization is selected first. A display-name change does not merge organizations or transfer assets between tenants.

Review the existing members and roles in the members tab. An Owner can change roles through the supported workflow. See the role matrix when deciding whether someone needs Analyst, Admin or Owner.

Admins and Owners can inspect audit events. Review the actor, operation, target and time to understand administrative and security-relevant changes. Correlate a policy version, risk acceptance or assessment authorization with its audit entry when investigating a decision.

Audit data is append-only for the application’s runtime database role. This is an application and database control, not a promise that downloaded reports are tamper-proof or that an external archival system is configured.

Use appearance settings to choose light, dark or system theme and the available density preference. Theme preferences persist in the browser. The sidebar can collapse, and the command menu helps search assets and findings without navigating every screen.

Use the graph’s table representation when it is easier to navigate linearly. Reduced-motion preferences are respected by supported interface behavior.

Settings does not currently provide retention configuration, subscription management, security policy sections, email invitations or SSO group synchronization. Contact the operator for deployment-level settings rather than expecting changes in the app to reconfigure Azure.
